Would you like to receive a reminder, by email, just before each concert?
The emails are normally sent early in the morning, the Friday before the concert. In addition, we will send you advance details of the whole season, when it is announced in the late summer. Of course, if there is a last minute change of artist or cancellation, and we know in time to send an email, we will. We will never sell or give your email address to any other organisation - our official privacy policy is below.
This list is "double opt-in". This means that after you subscribe below, an email will be sent to the address you give, and you will need to open that email and follow the instructions to confirm you did want to subscribe. Until you have done so, you won't actually be on the email list. This double process protects you against having someone else give your name and address.
You can un-subscribe at any time, either by using the special section at the bottom of this page, or by using the link included in every email. If you have any problems, you can send an email to a person by sending it to "emails" at the music society address "nottingham-music-society.org.uk". If you do, please be patient waiting for a reply, the society is a charity run by its members who have jobs and other activities.

Please enter your email address carefully. If you don't get a confirmation message soon after you click "subscribe", it may be that you accidently mis-typed the address. The simplest solution is to subscribe again, but you can send an email to a person as described above.
Privacy Policy
We never deliberately share your email address with anyone. We don't give or sell our email address list. We don't send attachments. If an email bounces back twice from your mailbox, for whatever reason, we will delete you from our list - you can always re-subscribe. We use a commercial service to manage this list and send the emails. Their computers are located outside the European Union - if you subscribe to this list you are agreeing to having your email address (and name if you choose to give it) stored abroad. They have very strict rules and guard the mailing lists carefully. If we decide to change our policy in any significant way, we will ask you first if you want to remain on our list.

If you are on our list and don't want to be, please enter your email address carefully. If we recognise it in our list of subscribers, we will take it off the subscription list and display a confirmation page.
